Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how tmbr.space issues refunds, how to cancel a booking, class, event, or membership, and what happens in situations such as no-shows. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
Cancellations by You
You may cancel a booking, class registration, event ticket, or membership according to the following windows:
Classes and workshops: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund or credit.
Events: Cancel at least 48 hours before the event start time to be eligible for a full refund.
Memberships: You may cancel an active membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-period refunds are issued unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made after the applicable cutoff window above are not eligible for a refund but may, at our discretion, be converted to a credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations by tmbr.space
If tmbr.space cancels a class, event, or booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within the timeframe described below. We will notify you as soon as possible by email when a cancellation originates on our side.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
You cancelled within the applicable window described above.
tmbr.space cancelled or rescheduled the class, event, or booking and the rescheduled time does not work for you.
A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.
The service purchased was not delivered as described.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date. Requests made after this window will not be considered except where required by applicable law in Ontario, Canada.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Purchases of digital downloads, recordings, or other digital content once accessed or downloaded.
Gift cards, gift certificates, or promotional credits.
Late cancellations (outside the cutoff windows described above), except at our sole discretion.
No-shows (see the section below).
Any item or service explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a booked class, event, or session and have not cancelled within the required window, it will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. If extenuating circumstances prevented you from attending, please contact us at create@tmbr.space within 48 hours of the missed booking. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee a refund or credit.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through Stripe. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank. tmbr.space does not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods unless your original payment method is no longer available.
Where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative, such as a credit toward future services.
Credits and Transfers
In situations where a refund is not available, tmbr.space may at its discretion offer an account credit or a transfer of your booking to another available date. Credits do not expire before [credit expiry period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issue and hold no cash value.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us directly at create@tmbr.space before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us by email at create@tmbr.space. Include the following information in your message to help us process your request promptly:
Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
The date of purchase and the name of the class, event, or item purchased.
The reason for your cancellation or refund request.
Your Stripe receipt or order confirmation number, if available.
We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 3 business days.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
