Questions
Can I change plans as I grow?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing adjusts from your next cycle.
What happens after my free trial?
Your 14-day trial unlocks full Stage-level features so you can try everything. When it ends, you pick the plan that fits — anything above your plan simply switches off, and your data is always kept safe. No card required to start.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Your space is live at yourname.tmbr.space the moment you sign up. If you already own a domain, you can connect it from the Studio tier in about two minutes — we don’t sell domains, you just bring one you already own.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Stripe’s standard processing applies to payments. We add a flat $1 per paid ticket sold — free tickets have no fee, so free events cost nothing. That is the complete fee structure.
Is there a fee on free events?
No. Free tickets are completely free — the $1 fee applies only to paid tickets. Run as many free events, openings, and RSVPs as you like at no cost.
